Dealer will collect 6.625% sales tax, and motor vehicle fees from New Jersey residents. Out-of-state cash buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their home state and will pay a $50 fee for a 30 day temporary plate and registration. All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performed in Monmouth County, New Jersey. The vehicle shall be delivered F.O.B. in Monmouth County, New Jersey and all obligations of Purchaser to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in Monmouth County, New Jersey.

It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings and any arbitration shall be Monmouth County, New Jersey
